1. download the Lumos sleep app and set up your profile. charge the mask and PAIR THE MASK.2.SELECT THE TYPE OF PROGRAM FROM THE "SET SCHEDULE" PAGE. fOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU WANT TO USE LUMOS FOR JET LAG, just SELECT "SCHEDULE TRIP".3. INPUT YOUR SCHEDULE AS GUIDED BY THE APP.4. The app will generate a series of light programs based on your schedule. follow the schedule on when to use the mask.5. before you go to bed, start the lumos program from the app. you can do to bed at anytime you want. The app wilL recalculate the light program based on your real bedtime.6. When the app suggest bright light exposure, you can either get natural sunlight, or sit in front of BRIGHT indoor light.7. When the app suggests avoid bright light, you can WEAR the lumos blue blocker.
